Marketscenter Terms of Service

By accessing and using marketscenter.ca ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

GENERAL

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Payment information is always encrypted.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions or images are error-free. Colours may appear differently depending on your device display.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age in your province or territory. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

SHIPPING

We ship across Canada. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days from the ship date and may vary by product and carrier. Orders of $75 CAD or more qualify for free shipping. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

WARRANTY

All products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery. Warranty claims should be directed to us at contact@marketscenter.ca and we will arrange a replacement or refund, coordinating with our supplier as needed.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Marketscenter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
