We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada.

SHIPPING RATES

Canada:
- Orders of $75 CAD or more: FREE standard shipping
- Orders under $75 CAD: Flat rate $9.90 CAD

DELIVERY TIMES

- Canada: estimated delivery of 7–15 business days from the ship date
- Some items, such as the Ultra-Thin Large-Capacity Power Bank, take 13–18 business days from the ship date

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery times may vary by product and carrier. If a product has a longer estimate, it is shown on that product page. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

ORDER PROCESSING

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier updates to appear.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or defective:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo
2. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue
3. Depending on the situation, we will either reship the order or issue a full refund

If your package has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and either reship the order or issue a full refund.
