How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery to Canada and the United States takes 7–15 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Do you ship to the US?
Yes! We ship to both Canada and the United States. Free shipping is available on orders over $75 CAD.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to over 28 countries worldwide including the UK, Australia, France, Germany, Japan, and more. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over $75 CAD to Canada and the US. Orders under $75 CAD have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Will I get a tracking number?
Absolutely. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To start a return, please contact us at contact@marketscenter.ca.
How do I get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@marketscenter.ca with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
Products & Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products sold at Marketscenter come with a minimum 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Many products carry longer coverage — check the individual product page for details.
Are your products compatible with Canadian and US power standards?
Most of our electronic products support 100–240V and are compatible with both Canadian and US outlets. Product pages will note any exceptions. If you're unsure, reach out before purchasing and we'll confirm compatibility.
Orders & Payments
Do you offer a discount for first-time customers?
Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter and use code MC10EMAIL at checkout to save 10% on your first order. The code applies to all products and is valid for one use per customer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that window, your order may already be processing for shipment. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@marketscenter.ca.
I haven't received my order — what do I do?
First, check your tracking number (sent by email). If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, wait 24 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered early. Still nothing? Contact us at contact@marketscenter.ca and we'll investigate immediately.
