Marketscenter Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, here's how our return and refund process works.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear
- Items damaged through misuse (not manufacturer defects)
- Gift cards

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

1. Email us at contact@marketscenter.ca with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 4 business hours with return instructions and a return authorization
3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

REFUND PROCESSING

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product)
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@marketscenter.ca. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days of our confirmation:
1. Check your bank or credit card statement again
2. Contact your bank — there may be a processing delay
3. If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, email us at contact@marketscenter.ca
