Shipping Policy

We ship across Canada, the United States, and select international destinations. Free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD — no surprises at checkout.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving that email for tracking to become active on the carrier's system.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date. Minor delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier backlogs.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD to Canada and the US. Orders under $75 CAD have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout. International shipping rates vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Customs & Import Fees

Orders within Canada are not subject to customs fees. US and international orders may be subject to import duties depending on your country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over customs processing times or fees.

Lost or Significantly Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue — whether that means a replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.
